1st Step: Download the below ISE Card application form.

Please make sure that students under 14 years can't apply for ISE Card without their parent's consent.
2nd step: Fill out the card application form.
Download and fill out the application form. Applications can only be saved using Microsoft Edge, and you can mark "Yes" on your personal information utilization agreement. We recommend using Microsoft Edge.
In addition to the application form, the applicant for the student ID card prepares a picture of the person, a copy of the ID card(passport), and a file of the student ID card, and the issuer of the youth ID card only needs a picture of the person and a copy of the ID card(passport).
The faculty ID card issuer can prepare a picture of the person, a copy of the ID card(passport), and proof of employment(or a school ID Card).
3rd Step: Send us your ISE Card application form and submission documents.
Send your ISE Card application form and submission documents to support@isecard.com or isecard@naver.com.
When the documents arrive, ISEC Team will check them and send you the Paypal invoice. The processing period is within 48 hours from the date of order.
4th Step: Payment and delivery
If the payment is made, we will issue your card and send it to you via UPS. It will arrive at your home within 3~7 days depending on the location. Make sure that it is non-refundable once paid.
We will send you the tracking number and we are not responsible for the late delivery and being unable to ship due to the absence of the recipient.
Submission Documents
1. Face photo(for all)
The photo will display on your ISECard and it should be an accurate representation of you. Choose a photo with a clear face shot with no obstructions like hats or sunglasses. A passport or school photo works well. (jpg or bmp image file | minimum 150 dpi resolution)
* Notice: Don't use the face photo wearing sunglasses or a hat, or displaying a finger.
2. Proof of age(for all)
This can be a copy of your driver’s license, state ID, or passport. But a passport copy will be a perfect document for the proof of your age, nationality, and DOB.
* Your proof of age document will be deleted after checking your status. The photos were taken from Wikipedia, psdidtemplate.com, and the Korean passport department.
3. Proof of student status(for student)
- Elementary School: Exempted
- Middle and High School: Certificate of registration or school ID with validity
- A prospective student: A copy of a tuition receipt or deposit
- 2~3 years college or University: Certificate of registration or school ID with validity
- 4~6 years university: Certificate of registration or school ID with validity
- Graduate School or Ph.D. program: Certificate of registration or school ID with validity
- A student preparing to study abroad: A letter of admission(Full or partially paid) or student visa with school name
- Exchange student: A letter of admission(Full or partially paid) or student visa with school name
* This school document will be deleted after checking your status.
4. Proof of faculty status(for faculty or teacher)
A copy of proof of employment or faculty id card within 3 months
